Saturday the 28th May saw us raising money for a worthy cause that is close to the heart of our club. One of our members, Nicholas Dale, is struggling through a battle with Leukaemia/ Lymphoma and we took the chance to set aside the day to raise as much money as we could towards the Lukemia Foundation to help in the search for a cure. A great day was had by all with the Wollongong Saints playing their first game at Figgy Oval and scoring a big win over Wollandilly. This was followed by Reserve Grade getting the better of Dapto and First Grade having a hard day at the office against Wollongong. The footy was good, the support even better, Thanks to Dapto for their donation and at this time we have raised $2150.00 for the Leukaemia Foundation. Nicholas at the coin toss with the team captains Seniors President and Treasurer with the latest tally $2150.00
